Can't hear audio profiles with my Macbook Air

Has anyone with a Macbook Air had the same problem? I tried to open several
audio profiles on this website, but I can't hear anything. Help!!!!

I think that feature is broken for anyone.

I can listen to audio profiles on windows, so it's not for everyone.
